How to delete your account.
You can delete your Alquie account at any time, from the web or from the Alquie Teacher app. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
This page applies to teacher accounts on Alquie (alquie.com, app.alquie.com) and on the Alquie Teacher mobile app for Android and iOS, developed by Alquie SpA.
From the Alquie Teacher app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my Alquie account and confirm.
From the web
- Go to app.alquie.com and sign in.
- Open Settings and go to the Profile tab.
- In the Delete account section, click Delete account and confirm.
If you can't sign in
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from that address. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your teacher account: name, email, photo, preferences and registered devices.
- The classes you created, with their students, activities, points, submissions, announcements and settings. If you shared one of your classes with other teachers, they lose access too.
- The files you uploaded to your profile.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: your data may remain in automatic backups for up to 7 days, until they rotate.
- Payment records: billing records are kept by Paddle, Google Play or Apple under their own legal and tax obligations. Alquie never stores card details.
Subscriptions
If you pay for Alquie Pro on the web, deleting your account cancels your subscription. If you pay through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it in the store (Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings › Subscriptions): deleting your account does not stop store charges.
